Assisted collection, constrained conclusions
AI helps collect and organise candidates. Rule-based gates then restrict what a signal may say. Automation may miss context, and every conclusion keeps a date and limitation.
Evidence tiers
| Tier | Use | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · primary local | Regulator, legislation, government, central bank | Supports only the narrow recorded claim |
| 2 · primary service | Payment-provider facts | Does not prove casino acceptance or licensing |
| 3 · independent reporting | Corroboration and chronology | Cannot replace the regulator |
| 4 · user context | Complaint themes and questions | Not proof or a complaint rate |
| Discovery | Discovery trends and search demand | Never proof of licence, legality or safety |
Signal gates
Green
Exact domain and operator in a current primary local record.
Amber
Open evidence, including missing or indirect linkage.
Red
Official adverse or corroborated documented adverse evidence only.
Correction and refresh
Records are checked against direct URLs and access dates. Corrections must identify the exact claim and preferably include a primary source. Commercial pressure never changes the evidence gate.
